Suppliers can point us to current first-party information. Evidence may lead to an update, clarification or no change; it does not buy inclusion, ranking or favourable editorial coverage.
Useful supplier evidence
Link to public, current first-party pages and identify the exact field affected. The most useful evidence concerns UK purchasing, pricing and VAT, Gift Aid or payment workflow, data-processing information, exports, migration, permissions, support and cancellation terms.
Editorial independence
We welcome corrections and clarifications, but product inclusion and assessment remain independent. We may update a published fact, qualify it more clearly, retain an open question or decide that the evidence does not support a change. Do not include customer, church-member, pastoral, safeguarding or financial data.
If the information is time-sensitive, include the published date or a clear statement that the linked page is current. A public source makes it possible for churches to check the same detail later and keeps the correction process transparent.
