Public contribution routes

Software suggestions and supplier updates open an email addressed to[email protected]. The site does not receive or store the message content.

Your email provider and the directory mailbox provider process messages under their own terms. Do not include church-member, pastoral, safeguarding, financial or other sensitive information. Send only public supplier evidence and, if needed, business contact details. An email does not guarantee publication or a particular editorial outcome.

Hosting logs

The site is served through Cloudflare. Routine hosting may process information such as IP addresses, browser details and timestamps for security and service operation.

Public software data

The structured export contains publishable product information and public supplier-source URLs. It does not contain private editorial notes or user submissions.
