Church livestreaming
Platforms for delivering live church video to a website, social channels, remote congregations and, in some cases, other campuses.
Livestreaming is an operational service, not just a video destination. A successful trial should include a normal service, the actual venue connection and the people who will operate it week after week.
Questions to ask
- What fails over when the venue internet connection drops or becomes congested?
- Will the platform let the church use its own website, YouTube and social destinations in the way it needs?
- What is included in the subscription, and which hardware, storage or monitoring costs are additional?
- Who can respond quickly during the times the church actually broadcasts?
